Chance Pick, 20 of Le Mars, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars.

A Celebration of Life will be at 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 11, 2022 at Rexwinkel Funeral Home of Le Mars. Visitation with the family present will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Chance's family asks that all in attendance dress in honor of his love of football; a Chief's jersey or any football jersey/sports gear is encouraged! Expressions of sympathy may be expressed to the family through www.rexwinkelfh.com . In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.

Chance Roman Pick was born on June 26, 2002 in Le Mars, Iowa. He was raised in Le Mars; he attended Le Mars Community and Remsen Union schools and graduated from Le Mars Community High School in 2021. Chance volunteered as the football manager for Le Mars Community his freshman year and there he really discovered his love of football. He was a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan; he knew all the statistics and histories of all the team's players, and his favorite role model was Patrick Mahomes.

Chance enjoyed building legos, collecting sticks, and the Lord of the Rings trilogy. He was a 'foodie'; there wasn't much he didn't like and he loved to enjoy a good meal with his family. He was also a pro-gamer; there was a slim chance you could beat him at Madden or NBA2K! Chance could be described as opinionated, and he enjoyed a good banter or debate. His favorite time was spent with his nephews; he was a proud uncle and loved those boys fiercely.

Chance had the opportunity to attend a weeklong summer camp hosted by MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) every summer in Nebraska. He also took a trip to Disney World with his family through Make A Wish Foundation.

Chance is survived by his parents, Heather Fielder and David Lenninger; grandparents: Deb and Floyd Fiedler, Darla and Julie Ison, and Michael (Kim) Lenninger; great grandmothers: Schera Kraft and LaVonne Fiedler; siblings: Tresa, Ky, Neko, Lane, and Ty; nephews: Jakai and Jaziah Fiedler; uncles: Zach Fiedler, Justin (Krissy) Fiedler, Richie Lenninger; aunt, Suzie Lenninger; uncle, Arlie (Deb) Pick; cousins; Jashua Fiedler, Riley Fiedler, Mason Mohr, Coleton Brown, Sydney Brown, Thomas McKinney, and Cooper McKinney; and numerous other cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended relatives.

Chance is preceded in death by his great grandfathers: Richard Kraft and Roman Fiedler; and great aunt, Vicky DeMan.
