Clifford "Cliff" Lang , 73, of North Sioux City, South Dakota, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at UnityPoint Health – St. Luke's in Sioux City.

Memorial Service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 22, 2021 at Trinity Lutheran Church, L.C.M.S. rural Hinton, Iowa. Burial will follow in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation with the family present will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars. There will be a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will resume from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Monday at the church. Arrangements are with the Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars, Iowa. Clifford Edward Lang was born November 1, 1948 in Sioux City, Iowa, the son of Eldon and Mildred (Muecke) Lang. He grew up near Hinton, Iowa and graduated from Hinton High School.

Following high school, he began working construction in Sioux City before returning to help his father farm. After farming for 20 years, he returned to what he loved most, construction. For the past 8 years, he's been working alongside his son, Travis.

Cliff will be remembered for always having a smile on his face. He loved socializing with his friends and family. He lived by the motto, work hard and play hard!

Survivors include his 3 children: a son: Stephen "Jamie" (Heather) Lang of Pharr, TX, and their family: Jordan (Jacob) Harvitt and their daughter, Lyla, Jonathan, Keelan, and Elle; a son: Travis (Jennifer) Lang of Hinton, IA, and their children: Kylee and Ava; a daughter: Rayna (Brad) Godaire of Mesa, AZ, and their children: Ryker, Kaid, and Cutter; 2 sisters: Nyla Hamm (Bernie Schreiber) of Dakota Dunes, SD and Karen Lahey of North Sioux City, SD; his nephews: Chris (Jennifer) Hamm, Rod (Kathy) Hamm, and Kirk (Lisa) Hamm; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Trevor Lang; and a brother-in-law, Doug Lahey.
