Debbie Holsinger, 61 of Remsen, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars.

Memorial Service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars with Pastor Luke Cargin officiating. Debbie Sue Raub was born on March 4, 1963 in Sioux City, Iowa and was raised in South Sioux City, Nebraska. She attended South Sioux schools and graduated from high school in 1981. One of her first jobs was at Rosie's Pizza in South Sioux City, NE. Debbie worked at John Morrell in Sioux City where she met Randy Holsinger.

Debbie and Randy were united in marriage on January 17, 1997 in Orange City, Iowa. They lived in Sioux City before moving to Remsen, Iowa.

Debbie then began working at the Le Mars Truck Stop where she worked for 25 years. Debbie had a strong work ethic which she passed down to her children. Debbie could always be counted on to be honest and direct with her words. But she also had a huge heart and always made others smile. Her family always came first, making sure Randy, her children, and grandchildren were always taken care of. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

In her younger years, Debbie enjoyed playing co-ed sports with Randy; softball, bowling, and darts. She also enjoyed playing cribbage.

Debbie is survived by her children: Misti Holsinger of Remsen, Jenna (Tyler) Walsh of Nebraska, and Jesse (Sadie) Holsinger of Remsen; eight grandchildren: Jordyn Holsinger, Karlie Loutsch, Addlyn Holsinger, Ryan Holsinger. Wyatt Walsh, Brooklyn Walsh, Callie Walsh, and Jaxon Walsh; sister, Tami Camberos; stepsisters: Sue Wilson and Christine Tranmer; stepbrothers: John Gibson and Tony Gibson; nephew, Kurt Kelly; nieces: Robin Kelly-Mangham and Chasity Medina; siblings in law: Bob (Denise) Holsinger, Rene (Jerry) West, Mark (Lydia) Lorenger, Jerry (Dawn) Meister, Carla (Bob) Asher, Sharon Holsinger, Linda Holsinger, and Orville Heinman; many nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives.

Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Darlene Raub; parents in law, Frank Holsinger and Wilhemetta Jernberg; stepmother, Ila Raynor; husband, Randy Holsinger; sister, Connie (Ronnie) Kelly; niece, Christy Camberos, and siblings in law: Frankie Holsinger, Buddy Holsinger, Scott Holsinger, and JoAnn Heinman.
