Dennis McClain, 69, of Merrill, Iowa, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at UnityPoint Health-St. Luke's-Downtown in Sioux City, Iowa.

Abiding by his wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements are with the Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon McClain from Merrill; children: Dennis Jr, Joseph, Sarah, Sean, Brandi, and Kevin; and 3 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Vera McClain.
