Edward Langley, 61, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, died on Monday, November 10, 2025, at his home in Sioux Falls surrounded by his family.

Celebration of Life Service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron. Pastor Steve Jewett will officiate. Visitation with the family present will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025, at the funeral home. Arrangements are with the Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron. Edward Forest Langley, the son of James Langley Sr and Kathleen Faber, was born on August 25, 1964, in Sioux City, Iowa. He attended school in Sioux City. Following his schooling, he went to work in the roofing industry.

He married Candy Rollins, to this union, a son was born, Timothy. They later divorced. He later married Suzanne Rowe. To this union came Joshua, Adam, Andy, Samantha, and Sabrina. They later divorced. He met Ashlee Boyer, and they had Lukas and Isaac.

Ed worked in the roofing industry for most of his life. He also worked for Jensen Masonry for many years.

He enjoyed tinkering in his garage, yard, and his home. He enjoyed going to work with son in the repo truck. His greatest joy was his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his children: Adam Langley (Jamie Davis) of Sioux Falls, SD, and their daughter, Haleigh, Andy (Janna) Langley of Sioux Falls, SD, Samantha (David Lynch) Langley of Elk Point, SD, and their children, Jaice, Derek, Gavin, and Jalyn, Sabrina Langley of Elk Point, SD, and her children, Koltyn and Kayzer, Lukas Langley of Le Mars, IA, and Isaac Langley of Le Mars, IA; his siblings: Pamela Schmidt (Victor Brownfeld) of Sioux Falls, SD, Sandra (Gary) Taylor of Akron, IA, Stacey Schipper of Luverne, MN, James Langley Jr of Akron, IA, Sheri Reed of Le Mars, IA, and Jeremy (Shawna) Langley of Sioux Falls, SD; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sons: Timothy and Joshua; and a brother, Jason Anderson.
