Paul E. Rollins , 75, of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, formerly of Sioux City, Iowa, passed Friday, November 22, 2019 at Unity Point Health – St. Luke's in Sioux City.

Memorial Service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Rexwinkel-Schroeder Funeral Home in Akron. Pastor Susan Juilfs of Trinity Lutheran Church in Akron will officiate. Burial will be at a later date at Hillside Cemetery in Merrill, Iowa. Visitation with the family present will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home. Paul Edward Rollins was born March 16, 1944 to Alva J. and Myra E. (Donlin) Rollins.

He lived in the Le Mars area while working at Ross Meat Market. After moving to Sioux City, he worked in Dakota City, Nebraska for I.B.P. for 35 years, earning several achievement awards, which he was very proud of.

He was a very soft-hearted gentleman and he will be greatly missed.

Survivors include a brother, John (Mary) Rollins of Akron, IA; his sister: Phyllis (Colin) Collmann of Ireton, IA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alva and Myra Rollins; 3 brothers: Lester, Frank, and Harold; and a sister: Joyce M. Baldwin.
