Samaya Sue Lochner, 5-week-old daughter of Sierra Lochner of Le Mars, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars.

Visitation with the family present will be from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2023, at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars.

Samaya Sue Lochner, the daughter of Sierra Lochner, was born on September 18, 2023, in Le Mars, Iowa.  During her short time on earth, she touched many lives and was loved by many friends and family.

She is survived by her mom, Sierra Lochner of Le Mars; her Papa and Nana, Derek and Sue Lochner of Sioux City, IA; her aunt, Cassandra Lochner of Hinton, IA; her uncle, James Lochner of Le Mars, IA, and his children, Lukas and Victoria; paternal great grandmother, Rita Lochner of Sleepy Eye, MN; maternal great grandfather, Eugene Morris of Waterville, MN; and several great aunts and uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandfather, Andrew Lochner; and a maternal great grandmother, Carol Morris.
